2007 Fishing Season Trip Schedule

NOTICE
Starting Friday, June 29th, SUMMER SAILING HOURS:
Daily sailing time (including weekends) will be 7:30 am to 2:30 PM.

April through May
3/4 Day... 7:30AM - 2:30PM, Evening (May) 3:30PM - 9PM
Target Species: Striped Bass
Backup: fluke fish

June, July, August
Schedule to be determined as best for fishing, typically Daytime 3/4 Day
Target Species: Fluke Fish
Backup: best reported for week

September, October
Target Species: Fluke Fish
backup: best reported for week
3/4 Day... 8:30AM - 2:30PM

The BEST report on fishing is determined by the days before a report and the reported weather to come. We will let you know what's the best for current fishing. You just come, cast, and catch! Call us directly to ask what we think!

Additional Fees:

Rod Rental	Bait	Pools
$4.00 Of course if you have a deep sea fishing rod or can borrow one then please bring it!	Generally NO Charge but restrictions apply. Typically a small additional charge is applied for increments over the compilmentary bait provison.	About Fishing Pools: A pool requires a small fee placed by on the luck you may catch the biggest fish of the pool species (or range of species). Small fee limits. We announce on our homepage. Call or CONTACT US for advance details! Several pools per year.

Species Schedule for the 2007 Fishing Season

March and April - Flounder
We start the year fishing for everyone's favorite: Flounder.

One 3/4 trip daily: 7:30AM to 2:30PM

May - Fluke and Striped Bass
May 6th is the opening day of the 2006 NJ Fluke season. Probably the most sought after fish in NJ waters - the perfect starter species for novices and kids - and suberb table fare. We also begin our evening trips in pursuit of Striped Bass.

One 3/4 trip daily: 7:30AM to 2:30PM for Fluke
One evening trip daily: 3:30PM to 9:00PM for Stripers

June and July - Fluke
The Fluke arrive in full force. Our evening trips will now target Fluke as well. Bring the family and spend a late summer afternoon drifting for flatties while watching the sun set.

One 3/4 trip daily: 7:30AM to 2:30PM
One evening trip daily: 3:30PM to 8:00PM

August and September - Fluke and Weakfish
The Fluke are still with us, but August heralds the beginning of the Weakfish run. A lesser know species amongst novices, but you'll quickly learn that they're easy and fun to catch!

One 3/4 trip daily: 7:30AM to 2:30PM
One evening trip daily: 3:30PM to 8:00PM (thru Labor day).

October and November - Striped Bass
Shorter days and cool nights mean fish on the move. The Fluke depart our area, and the Stripers return from their summer feeding grounds. Come discover why the Striped Bass has such a dedicated following amongst NJ saltwater fishermen.

One 3/4 day trip daily: 7:30AM to 2:30PM.
